The CD Gaia is Pure and Feminine. In 9 tracks the music takes you on a world tour to the original woman: the mother, the healer, the shamanca, the sister and the goddess. In a universal language, every woman tells her own sacred story.

I hope you enjoy the journey of listening. This CD is made with lot’s of love, fun and it is a result of many life processes. I wish this music is helping you to reconnect with the loving source inside. From this source creations arise and the best decisions are made. Together we will create a more beautiful, loving, inclusive and healthy world.

Much love,
Dymphi Peeters

“On her recent album, “Gaia” she steps out more on her own. This CD is a collaboration with Andre Schoorlemmer. He plays guitar, bass guitar, and also engineers. Dymphi’s songs invent a new world: her powerful voice soars over electronica with the steady pulse of the kora. Dymphi describes her music as, “inner world music with a meditative atmosphere.” She has a hippy spirit and sunny demeanor. Yet do not be misled by her gentleness. Her music mesmerizes.”

We love to perform during Ecstatic Dance party’s. Because our music is entirely improvised we can be in direct contact with the dancers. They move to our music, we react to their movements. Energy rises and together we reach great climaxes and the experience of a natural trance. Then we rest, cry, laugh. And start building new climaxes again. All without words. Just sounds and movements, musicians and dancers.

In the summer of 2018 we spend one day in a church with great acoustics and studio facitilities. In this inspirational building we recorded five different musical pieces. Completely improvised. Instant composition. No overdubs afterwards. With great help by studio owner Arnoud and Ecstatic Dance organiser Lale.

The tracks are sometimes unusually long. The longest piece counts 21 minutes. However, they all consist of a very fascinating musical trip, in which every measure brings new unexpected variations andemotions.
Unable to cut the tracks in pieces to a standard album format, we decided unstead to treat the different tracks as stand alone mini albums. Each with their own character and mood. All very danceble!

We spread the release of the different pieces, so everybody can taste the unique style of the recordings. And then you can listen and dance to it wherever you want using our Spotify-paylist or Bandcamp.

We are very thankful for small donations for our recordings. You can do this easily on Bandcamp where you can pay for the tracks and then download them in high quality.

This greatly helps with our existence and opportunities to record more music and perform live often!

We hope that our music will be appreciated in all Ecstatic Dance communities, and perhaps be picked up by the dj’s to use in their sets.
